Inhalers are an extremely effective method to help alleviate migraine and headache pain. They are fast acting, portable, discreet, and long lasting. To use inhaler, block left nostril and inhale through right nostril; block right nostril, and exhale through left nostril or mouth. Repeat with opposite side.
